SmartTel+ launches a new business direction — a subsidiary in Central Europe, with its headquarters in Kraków, Poland, specializing in the sale of SaaS communication services designed for business, based on cloud PBX, toll-free numbers and landlines to B2B SMB (small and medium business) customers.


  • Drive overall on- and off-page SEO/SEM strategy and execution
  • Build up and manage the SEO/SEM team
  • Develop and own key performance indicators for SEO/SEM effectiveness, including success metrics, processes for measurement, competitive audits, and opportunity analysis
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in SEO and search engine trends to ensure SEO/SEM strategy and site architecture keep pace with evolving organic search practices, including mobile webm optimizations
  • Institute white hat techniques that have positive impacts on organic traffic and conversions
  • Budget control through planning, monitoring and forecasting
  • Collaborate with content marketing and PR to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Research, measure, and grow link building campaigns, including internal and external links, directory listings, and other relevant sources to maximize links
  • Develop technical strategies concerning URL structure, canonicals, structured markup, information architecture, and page speed
  • Identify and remove obstacles which impede search engines‘ ability to discover and index our content
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders up and down the conversion funnel to ensure efforts are aligned with company strategy
  • Run A/B tests for SEO and conversion rate optimization

  • Polish language must be your native
  • Advanced English is a must (at least C1 level)
  • Russian language is a (big) plus
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in SEO and SEM with 2 years of ‘scale’ experience
  • Experience working in telecom category is a plus
  • Extensive experience in different type of SEM campaigns (not only Google) is a big plus
  • Experience with web analytics tools and SEO tools
  • Detailed understanding of search engines, search engine crawling, relevance ranking criteria, keyword research, competitive analysis, content management systems, and performance scorecards
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Interest in helping teams meet conversion goals. Creating and executing plans/roadmaps/strategy based on company goals, existing opportunities, and resources
We are looking for a strong and experienced processional to join our international team, who will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management: Display, Social, Video channels for various markets. He/she will play a pivotal role in helping generate revenue for the business through superior campaign execution and management of ad operations systems. The Senior Ad Ops Manager will work closely with Head of Marketing, Sales Director, creative teams as well with external partners.
