Position: Marketing/Sales Coordinator

Office Location: Warszawa, Miasteczko Nowy Wilanów

Language: We’re a 100% english speaking office so please be comfortable to only communicate in english here (have couple of US-native team members who don’t speak polish)

Work Schedule: FULL TIME – 5 days during the week, full hours (9-17) in our office in New Wilanów, Warsaw + 2 hours every weekend (work from either home or the office)

What type of tasks you will be doing:

You (just like all of us) wearing many hats:

70% of your work will be in company’s sales and marketing operations and processes, like measuring sales daily and weekly (so you need to like excel and be detailed and organized), running social media ads (we will train you), running Amazon advertising (we will train you – you need to be very detailed oriented and persistent as it’s a lot of spreadsheets), running social media profiles for the company, acquiring influencers/bloggers to write about us

You will be managing PR campaigns (we will train you), implementing marketing tools and tricks (we will provide training).

Also, overseeing lots of administrative projects connected with everything else in the company and implementing eCommerce new knowledge and tricks to our systems (you will learn A LOT with us and expand your skill set to tactics that no one in Poland teaches nor does), doing lots of keywords research via tools we will give you – helping with some logistics – creating and supervising SOPs for Marketing & Sales

Basically, for everyone involved on the mgmt level, „no job is too small” attitude has to be there naturally.
